| 摘 要： | 创新素质的培养是大学教育的核心问题。大学生创新素质主要表现为其个性心理中的好奇心、兴趣、求知欲望、拼搏意志、坚毅的品格和无畏的勇气等特质。通过学科的优化、课程的合理综合,创造有利于创新学习的环境,才能充分培养大学生的创新个性心理特质、发挥个体的创新潜能。
