| 摘 要： | 地理标志是一种重要的无形资产,加强地理标志的保护对于发展经济、提高我国特色产品的国际竞争力具有重要意义。目前,由于我国存在多部门立法、多机构管理的混乱局面,使我国地理标志被大量冒用和滥用,地理标志的价值未能得到充分实现,所以有必要对地理标志采用专门立法保护模式,通过科学、系统的制度建构来解决现存的问题。

| Abstract: | Geographical symbols are important intangible property.Strengthening the protection of geographical symbols is of great importance in national economy developing and the competitiveness raising of China's products.While at the present time,As the result of multi-sectoral lawmaking and multi-organizational management,a lot of infringement or abuse of China's geographical symbols are appearing and the value of our geographical symbols haven't been in full use.Therefore,it's necessary to make special law to protect geographical symbols and to solve the problems by means of scientific and systematic system. |
