基于变规模DEA方法的国有商业银行效率评价

我国国有商业银行能否在日趋激烈的国际竞争中生存并壮大,其效率水平起着关键作用。针对国有商业银行的多投入多产出情况,本文采用变规模的数据包络分析方法,对国有商业银行2000-2004年的运行效率进行了分析评价,得出国有商业银行效率相对有效的结论,并指出国有商业银行还需要不断提高管理与技术水平,实施规模经济战略,集中优势资源,以创造更好的效益。

Measuring the Efficiency of the Commercial Bank Based on DEA

Efficiency level is pivotal for Chinese stated-owned commercial banks to exist and be strengthened in the furious international competition. This paper makes a conclusion that the efficiency of the stated-owned commercial banks during 2000-2004 was valid relatively by the means of Date Envelopment Analysis (DEA) in batches, puts forward the improved methods, and points out that the stated-owned commercial banks still need to create better efficiency by enhancing the management and the technique levels continuously, carrying out the economic strategy of scale, and concentrating the advantageous resources.
