| 摘 要： | 以汽车产业数据为基础,通过建立协整与误差修正模型,探讨了外商直接投资的流入对内资企业产生的溢出效应.检验结果表明,汽车产业大量外资的进入对内资企业产生了积极的外溢效应,且主要表现为竞争性的溢出效应,协整回归表明这种正向溢出效应从长期来看更加显著,同时,模型也反映出集聚性溢出效应并没有得到充分体现.

| Abstract: | This paper estimates the technology spillover effects of FDI to domestic-funded enterprises in auto industry by setting up a cointegration and ECM model.The empirical study shows that:technology spillovers through FDI are positive and most from competitive spillovers,however,the agglomerative spillover effects are not fully manifest.Cointegration regression indicts that positive spillover effects are much more significant in a long term. |
