| 摘 要： | 以浙江省独角兽企业为研究对象,通过资料分析、实地调研、深入访谈和层次分析法等,分析浙江省独角兽企业的现状特点、发展基础和面临问题,发现浙江省独角兽企业估值逐年上升,存在空间分布集中,行业分布广,结构趋于多元化等特点;同时,面临制造业独角兽缺乏,企业家创新精神不足,创新场景不足等问题。未来独角兽企业培育应提高制造业核心技术,引导平台型企业孵化,提高企业创新场景。

| Abstract: | Targeting the unicorn enterprises in Zhejiang, the paper makes an analysis of the status quo, the foundation of development and the existing problems of these enterprises through data analysis, field investigation, in-depth interviews, and hierarchical analysis. The paper finds that their valuation has increased year by year, their layout is concentrated, they are widely distributed among various industries, and their structure tends to be diversified. However, it also faces the problems of lack of manufacturing unicorns, insufficient entrepreneurial innovative spirit and scenes. In future cultivation, the government in Zhejiang should upgrade the core technology of manufacturing industry, guide the incubation of platform-type enterprises, and improve the innovative scene of enterprises |
