| Abstract: | Intellectual property right refers to the legitimate right that people enjoy based on their achievements made through their intellectual activities,the mark and credit of their activities in operation and management.It is a civil right of new type,and an incorporeal property right which is different from property right.It is protected by the law at the moment of approval by government offices. |
