| 摘 要： | 农民就业问题是当前社会经济中的热点。以信息经济学为理论,农民劳动力资源优化配置为背景,分析农民就业的两种基本形式存在的信息短缺、以及造成的原因。从信息制度建设与信息资源开发利用两个方面分析信息资源对劳动资源的配置作用。

| Abstract: | At present,the farmers' employment is one of the hot issues in the society. Based on the theory of information economics, this article analyzes information shortage of the farmers' employment as well as its cause with the background of most optimum distribution of farmers' labor resources. Considering the building up of the information system and development and utilization of information resource, the article also makes an analysis of the role of information resource in distributing labor resources. |
