| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着高校研究生招生规模的逐年扩大,高校研究生党员在思想、生活、学习等方面呈现出许多新的特点,研究生党支部建设也面临诸多的挑战和困难。基于对研究生党支部组织建设状况的调查研究,详细分析了研究生党员的基本情况和特点以及研究生党支部面临的主要问题,并提出了加强高校研究生党支部组织建设的一些创新性的方法和途径。

| Abstract: | In recent years, with the enlarging scale of postgraduates＇ enrolling in universities and colleges, the postgraduate party members show many new characteristics in aspects of thought postgraduate branch party construction confronts a lot of challenges and difficulty , life, study and so forth. The . Based on the investigation and analysis of situations of postgraduate branch party organization construction, the basic situations and features of postgraduate party members are analyzed in detail, as well as the main problems that the confronts.
