| 摘 要： | 认为“公平与正义”不仅体现了社会主义和谐社会的本质属性和核心价值，也是构建和谐社会的基本条件；针对当前收入分配领域存在的一些不公平、不和谐的现实，提出要构建社会主义和谐社会，就必须大力推进公平正义建设，逐步把社会公平贯穿到各个领域。
