| 摘 要： | 教育是人的教育,是为人的教育;教育的本质属性在于引导完满人性的建构与发展,完满人性的生成有赖于教育。在批判当下教育人性缺失的基础上,提出了教育人性化的原则,强调人是教育的最终目的,呼吁教育工作者要发扬马克思主义的人道主义精神,真正以人的方式对待学生。

| Abstract: | Education is for people. The basic attribution of education is to load and consummate the humanity's formation and development. Forming perfect humanity relies on education. This article, which criticizes the lack of humanity in education, presents the humanizing principle. It puts emphasis on Human the final aim of educating, and calls for the educators to develop the spirit of Marxist humanism. |
