海峡西岸经济区经济发展现状及对策

自1992年实行全面改革开放以来，海峡西岸经济区成为中国东部沿海地区的重要增长点，其经济实力与地位得到显著提升。分析发现，其区域经济发展总体实力仍然相对较弱，外部竞争异常激烈，区域内部差异较大，中心城市集聚带动能力较弱，资金外逃和人才流失现象明显。由此提出加强区域合作，实现和谐共荣；发展县域经济，关注效率与公平；发展壮大中心城市，建设海峡西岸城市群；提升引资能力，扩大外向型经济规模；升级教育理念，加强人才队伍建设等经济发展建议。

Status Quo and Strategy: Economic Development of Economic Zone of West Coast of Taiwan Straits

Since the policy of overall reform and opening to the outside was put into practice in 1992, the Economic Zone of the West Coast of the Taiwan Straits （hereinafter called EZWCTS for short） has become a crucial economic growth point of the coastal Southeast, both economic strength and status obviously in rise. However, it is found that the regional economic strength,totally speaking, still is comparatively weak; competitions from the external world are extremely fierce; great disparitis exist from area to area within the region; the central cities behave poorly in agglomeration and impetus; and the phenomenon of talent loss and capital flight is very visible. In view of the above-mentioned problems suggestions are made on economic development, including strengthening regional cooperation to realize harmonious development, developing county economy, attaching importance to efficiency and equity, expanding and strengthening central cities to build the urban agglomeration of the EZWCTS, improving ability to absorb capital to evidently expand the scale of the export-oriented economy,up-grading educational concept and improving the talented personnel＇s rank.
