企业创新网络中智力资本协同机制研究

智力资本协同对企业创新网络的发展意义重大。智力资本具有无形性、复杂性、依附性、难计量性等特点,可划分为人力资本、结构资本和关系资本三大类。企业创新网络中的智力资本以知识转移与吸收为主要形式、以科技创新为主线、以信息交流与共享平台为依托、其关系资本和结构资本的作用更为明显。企业创新网络智力资本协同主要包括企业智力资本内部协同、企业之间的智力资本协同以及知识流动的网络管理三个方面。通过构建企业创新网络智力资本的协同机制,可以发现通过积极打造龙头企业、注重人才引进和培养、培育科技服务平台、构建知识转移的激励机制等手段能有效实现企业创新网络的智力资本的协同效应。

Study on Collaborative Mechanism of Intellectual Capital in Enterprise Innovation Network Environment

Significance of intellectual capital collaboration for the development of enterprise innovation network is large. There are many characteristics of Intellectual capital including intangible, complex, dependent, difficult measurement, and it can be divided into three categories among human capital, structural capital and relational capital. The intellectual capital in enterprise innovation network environment uses knowledge transfer and absorption as the main form, technology and innovation as the main line, the exchange of information and sharing platform as the basis, and the role of relationship capital and structural capital is more apparent. Intellectual capital collaboration in enterprise innovation network environment includes three aspects of enterprise internal coordination, collaboration between enterprises and network management of the knowledge flows. To establish the collaborative mechanism of intellectual capital of enterprise innovation networks, we should actively build leading companies, focus on talent introduction and training, nurture technology services platform and build incentives mechanism of knowledge transfer.
