| 摘 要： | 老子认为,人格的最理想状态是与道合一.与道合一的理想人格主要有五个方面的基本特征:即自然无为的生活准则、清虚静泰的精神状态、质朴节俭的生活方式、柔顺不争的处世态度、慈爱和善的道德情操.老子提出的实现理想人格的原则和方法主要是无为和虚静两个方面.

| Abstract: | According to Laozi, the perfect of ideal personalities is the union with Tao, which mainly consists of the following five basic characteristics:natural and inactive living principles, peaceful, quiet and leisured spiritual states, simple and frugal life styles, meek and in-aggressive life philosophy, and moral sentiments full of affections and kindness. To achieve this perfect personality, Laozi pointed out, there are two ways and principles to follow. One is doing nothing against the nature, the other is living a quiet and modest life. |
