| 摘 要： | 依据收集的283名农民企业家数据，把创业机会划分为盈利性因子和可行性因子，采用因子分析方法和多元回归分析方法分析创业机会对农民新创企业绩效的影响。研究发现：创业机会的盈利性因子对绩效有显著正向影响，创业机会的可行性因子对绩效有显著正向影响，进而对如何提高新创企业绩效进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Based on data collected from 283 entrepreneurs, divided the entrepreneurship opportunities into profitability factor and feasibility factor, use the methods of multiple regression and factor to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship opportunities on their performance. The study has found that ： profitability factor has significant effects on the performance ; feasibility factor has significant effects on the entrepreneurial performance. The article then discusses how to improve the performance of entrepreneurship. |
