| 摘 要： | 马克思主义文化软实力理论不是简单地重述或停留于马克思主义文化思想,而是在新的社会历史条件下,总结社会主义文化建设实践的新鲜经验,在一系列重大问题上丰富和发展了马克思恩格斯及党的三代领导集体文化思想。中国共产党顺应历史和时代潮流,凝聚全国人民的意愿,大胆进行理论创新,勇于进行开拓性的实践探索,形成了马克思主义文化软实力理论。党的十七大报告可以说是马克思主义文化软实力理论体系的集大成,展现了马克思主义文化软实力理论的基本框架。文章从马克思主义有关文化软实力的地位和作用、性质、目标、切入点、动力、领域以及保障等方面构建马克思主义文化软实力的理论体系。
