防灾减灾中应重视的几个问题

根据我国的灾害特点 ,以及防灾减灾管理的现状 ,除尽快建设完善灾害监测预报体系外 ,还应 :1)在搞好经济建设工作的同时 ,必须注重减灾 ;2 )重视城市灾害防御 ;3)要提高灾害应急能力 ;4 )加强防灾减灾立法工作 ,提高综合抗灾减灾能力 ;5 )加强防灾减灾科普知识宣传 ,提高全民防灾减灾的能力。

Focused Problems Regarded in the Countermeasures of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation in China

Based on the characteristics of disasters and management situation of its prevention and mitigation. It is proposed that the system of disaster monitoring and forecast should be built and completed as soon as possible, at the same time, the following aspects should be emphasized, which include:1)pay attention to economic construction work ,simultaneously emphasize the disaster mitigation;2)pay attention to urban disaster prevention ;3)raise the emergency ability of disasters;4)strengthen legislation work of disaster prevention and mitigation for the purpose of improving integral ability of disaster prevention and mitigation;5)pay attention to the propaganda of popularization of sciences concerning the disaster prevention and mitigation and heighten the nationwide ability of the disaster prevention and mitigation.
