| 摘 要： | 分析了高校开展的公共安全教育多侧重于维护大学生自身安全的小安全观,难以适应新形势的需要。阐明了当前大学生公共安全教育中存在的突出问题,提出了从加强大学生社会安全责任的大安全观教育出发,借鉴西方国家公共安全教育中的先进经验,优化大学生公共安全教育的目标、内容和多元教育主体职责,促使大学生公共安全教育制度化、规范化和高效化等建议。
