中心与边缘：少数民族城乡流动中的社会性别因素

当代中国的少数民族流动人群背井离乡来到城市,纵然他们的劳动力被城市所承认,成为发展的生力军,处于“城市的中 心”,但是他们却由于社会性别因素的影响,在传统观念、利益分配、性别分工和劳动需求的性别区分等方面受到了不平等及不 公正的对待和束缚,而徘徊在“城市的边缘”。从社会性别视角出发,试图寻找在少数民族城乡流动抉择中的内在规律与动力 机制,借此还原这些在城市中心被边缘化的少数民族流动人口的流动背后的社会性别因素,为建立各民族交往交流交融的社 会格局提供借鉴和反思。

Central and Marginal: Social Gender Factors in Ethnic Minority People' Migration between Urban and Rural Areas

Migrant minority people in present China are leaving their native places for cities, and though their labor is recognized by cities as a major force for development and is put in the "central" of cities, they are treated unequally and unfairly in traditional mind, interest distribution, gender division of labor and demand because of social ethnic and gender factors, so they''re actually wandering at the "marginal" of cities. From the perspective of social gender, this paper tries to find the intrinsic rule and dynamics for ethnic minority people''s choice of rural-urban migration, thereby restore the social gender logic behind the migration of marginalized ethnic minority people in urban centers, and provide lessons and ideas for setting up a social pattern for ethnic communication and integration.
