Judged from the property structure of the village-leveled enterprises, the total number of property is inadequate; the debt sfructure is not teasonable. From manageable ability, the ability to produce cash is low; the business cyde is too long; It lacks the ability to pay the dect.We should strengthen enterprise management, shorten business cycle, dispose of in proper property, promote the effcciency, improve debt sfructure; deorease credotors' danher, fry to raise profit to achieve good economic profit.
