| 摘 要： | 英语新闻标题的修辞格与翻译之间关系密切。运用一定的修辞手法，可使英语新闻标题大为增色，产生新颖别致、引人注目、形象生动、耐人寻味的艺术效果。许多英语新闻的标题正是因为运用了丰富多彩的修辞手法而获得了意想不到的奇妙效果。在翻译英语新闻标题时应尽可能地体现原文修辞特点，使译文和原文在修辞上基本吻合，从而让译文读者得到与原文读者近乎一样的感受。

| Abstract: | As far as the title of English news is concerned,there is a close relationship between its rhetoric and its translation.Applying certain rhetorical skills,color will be added to the title of English news,resulting in a novel,unusual,striking,vivid,provoking artistic effect.Thanks to the application of rich rhetorical methods,many titles of English news achieved unimaginable and wonderful effect.In translating the title of English news,we should reflect the rhetorical features of the original as much as possible in order to make the translated text and the original basically identical in the aspect of rhetoric.Thus,the target language readers will have almost the same feeling with that of the original readers. |
