| 摘 要： | 我国的西部大开发进入全面开发建设时期,国家制定《西部开发促进法》迫在眉睫。文章探讨了《西部开发促进法》与民族立法衔接的相关问题,指出唯有二者有效衔接,才能形成西部大开发和民族地区社会经济“双赢”的局面。
