| 摘 要： | 分析了目前建设工程项目管理中,存在多方面的职责和协调问题,提出甲方应注重四个环节的管理方法:设计阶段的成本控制、施工阶段的过程控制和管理、监理单位的技术协调及甲方的整体管理,和在工程实践中的具体措施。

| Abstract: | We will meet lots of problems in the construction project.How to solve these problems,needs Party A regard the four aspect of management methods:it's design phase's cost conrtrol,construction supervision department's harmony in technology and development of Party A's self skill.Because Party A is the general organizer of construction project,it's management is the center of the mamagement,so we need carry on innovative change in practice,explore studiously the mode of construction project management with Chinese feature. |
