Abstract: | In recent times, increasing numbers of people in the world have migrated to the cities. There they have become a part of asociotechnical-economic system from which they must obtain goods and services with which to live, and to which they should contribute their skills and efforts. Many of the goods and services require much money and time to be made available and require joint funding and public approval to be initiated. |
