| 摘 要： | 影响博士研究生培养质量的制度因素主要包括导师制度、教学制度以及激励制度等。当前需要通过改善导师遴选制、加强导师责任制、实施导师聘任制等完善导师制度；通过改变教学方式、优化培养方案、健全督导制度等改进教学制度；通过细化论文发表制度等严谨学位论文评审制度。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the systematic factors which may affect the cultivation quality of doctorial candidates, including the tutor system, the teaching system and inspiration system. It is proposed that the tutor system be perfected through the improvement of tutor selection, the enhancement of the tutor responsibility and the implementation of the tutor appointment. The teaching system should be improved through the reform in teaching methods, the optimization of cultivation design and the improvement in supervision and the assessment system of dissertation paper be carefully established through concrete measures in paper publication. |
