| Abstract: | Economic growth calls for the shift of our attention from capital productivity and labor productivity to resource productivity.This paper holds that the development of circular economy regards resource productivity as its essence,and the improvement of resource productivity,will help to facilitate the relief of the environmental problems in economic growth,so that the sustainable development between economy and environment can be attained. |
