| 摘 要： | 邓小平国家利益观是我国周边外交的重要指导思想。新的时代特征对实现经济利益的要求 ,把追求稳定国际环境的周边外交放在了重点地位 ;“搁置争议 ,共同开发”和“不以意识形态划线”、发展共同利益的国家利益观成功地解决了历史遗留问题和其他存在的障碍 ,开拓了周边外交的新境界 ;周边外交是我国全球外交的重要支撑点
