| Abstract: | In order to fit in with new development in international protection of intellectual property rights(IPR),according to TRIPS Treaty of WTO and other concerned international rules and practices,as a developing country of much more importing than exporting of IPR,It is enough for China to reach the lowest level of IPR protection based on TRIPS Treaty of WTO.In consideration of China's own interests,while continuing to improve various legal systems of IPR protection,China should pay close attention to fully utilizing national and international legal rules,by which to judge benefits that abroad IPR owners acquire from our country and to deny the unfair ones. |
