| Abstract: | This paper discusses the problem from the perspectives of innovation,creative talents and the cultivation modes for the talents,and makes a comparative research between the graduate educational modes of foreign countries and the present situation of innovative talents cultivation in the universities in western regions in China.some suggestive ideas are drawn as a conclusion. |
