| 摘 要： | 从城镇女性劳动参与率以及就业的行业和职位分布几方面入手,分析了我国女性参与经济发展的现状,并得出结论:现阶段大多数女性就业于第一产业,城镇女性则更多地就业于第三产业;目前城镇女性劳动参与率不高,就业的行业偏向于工资收入水平低的行业,并且大多处在普通员工的职位上.

| Abstract: | Starting from the rate of urban women's employment,distribution of their calling and position,the paper analyzes current situation of women's participation in the economic development.And it draws the conclusion: at the present,the majority of women get employed in the primary industry,while urban female employed in the tertiary industry;present urban female laboring rate is not high,and their vocations are those with low pay and mostly in low-rank positions. |
