试论主权财富基金对21世纪国际经济关系的影响——兼论我国的应对策略

近几年来,主权财富基金迅速兴起,并以其雄厚的资金实力,庞大的数量规模及日益增强的国际影响力,成为世界关注的焦点。本文在介绍主权财富基金内涵、分类、特征及兴起原因的基础上,着重分析了主权财富基金对21世纪国际经济关系在经济格局的重组、贸易摩擦的加剧和发展中国家与发达国家未来发展方向的转变方面的影响。并据此提出中国应加强央行对主权财富基金的管理,制定长期、灵活且多元化的投资发展战略,适度提高透明度,严格准入条件和健全风险防范体系的应对策略。

Tentative Discussion on the Influences of the Sovereign Wealth Funds on International Economic Relations in 21st Century -- and China＇s strategies induded

In recent years, sovereign wealth funds are on rapid rise, and with abundant capital strength, large quantity scale and the increasing international influence, they become the focus of world attention. Based on the introduction of sovereign wealth funds connotation, classification, features and reason of its rising, it emphatically analyzes the influences of sovereign wealth funds on international economic relations in 21st century through several fields such as economic structure of the reorganization, the rising trade friction and the transition of future development direction of developing countries and developed countries. In the end, this article presents strategies that China should strengthen the management of sovereign wealth funds, formulate long-term, flexible and diversified investment development strategy, moderately increasing transparency, strict permission condition and perfect the risk management system.
