| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO以来,外国对我国反倾销调查数量并未像入世前有人期待的那样减少,相反,反倾销正成为我国产品出口的主要障碍之一而影响着我国经济健康发展。文章在对反倾销的内涵、我国入世后国外对华反倾销表现出的特点及原因研究的基础上,提出了具体的应对措施以消除其不利影响。

| Abstract: | After China entered WTO, antidumping has been one of the main obstacles. In order to solve the unfavorable effects, the author points out that concrete measures should be taken on the basis of a careful study on the connotation, characteristics of anti-dumping along with the current problem. |
