| 摘 要： | 《三国演义》蕴藏着博大精深的人才思想。文章本着实事求是原则,在对小说原著进行深入研究的基础上,论述了小说中所体现的“得人者昌,失人者亡”的人才思想,分析了小说中人才获得的途径、方式和人才使用的一些基本原则和策略。

Based on the principle of seeking truth from facts and deep research on the novel in the original, the article expounds the thought of talent of "prosperity with talent, destruction without it" embodied in the novel, and analyzes the approaches and ways of obtaining talent and some fundamental principles and tactics of employing talent in the novel. |
