| 摘 要： | 通过对管内受迫对流换热过程的(火用)经济分析,提出了一项管内强化传热性能评价指标:强化前后单位传热量总传热费用比η,分析结果表明,η不仅能反映采用强化传热措施后换热能力的改善和流动阻力的增大,而且能反映出强化传热管加工制造成本的增加。

| Abstract: | Exergy-economic analysis is carried out on convection heat transfer through a duct with constant wall temperature. At the same time, criterion which is defined as heat transfer expense ratio before and after heat transfer enhancement is recommended and employed to evaluate the enhanced heat transfer performance through a duct. It is shown that can illustrate not only the augmentation heat transfer ability and the increase in flow resistance but also the increase in heal transfer tube cost after heat transfer enhancement is adopted. |
