| 摘 要： | 近代西方科学技术在云南的大规模传播始于1903年滇越铁路的修筑,其在传播近代西方科学技术上发挥了先导作用:科学启迪、技术示范、技术溢出、技术载体四大效应。滇越铁路推动了云南的近代工业化进程,为工程技术装备的引进创造了有利条件,改变了云南的产业结构、工业分布、交通格局、区位优势,从而奠定了云南早期的技术状态水平。今天,云南省正大力推进“科技兴滇”战略,从历史的回顾中,我们可以得出一些有益的启示。

| Abstract: | The input of modern science and technology in Yunnan began with the building of Yunnan-Vietnam Railway in 1903,which has played the leading role in the four aspects like science enlightenment,technology model,technology transplanting,and technology carrier.And it has also triggered off the process of modern industrialization through changing the economic structure,transport mode and technical standard of Yunnan province,which is undoubtedly beneficial to today's technological development in Yunnan. |
