| 摘 要： | 能源外交是中国整体外交的一个独立内容,成为我国新时期外交工作的中心议题.必须充分调动一切力量,综合运用一切合法、和平的手段,紧密围绕缓解我国能源短缺这一中心问题而在世界范围内展开全方位的外交活动.能源外交的主要目的是缓解我国现在和将来极其严重的能源(石油)短缺问题.通过积极的能源外交促成有效的国际能源合作对我国能源问题的解决意义重大.

| Abstract: | Energy diplomacy should not only be seen as an integral part of economic diplomacy,but also beseen as an independent content in Chinese overall diplomacy,and Chinese diplomatic work should become thecentral topic.Therefore,it is imperative to fully mobilize all resources and use all the legitimate and peacefulmeans to carry out diplomatic activities around the central issue: to ease energy shortage in our country.Themain purpose of our energy diplomacy is to ease the serious energy(oil) shortage today and in the future.Topromote effective international energy cooperation through active energy diplomacy is of great significance tosolve our energy problems. |
