| Abstract: | The implement of the New Economic Policy was an unprecedented incident in the history of the Soviet Union . It brought many great changes to the internal and foreign affairs of the country. This paper tries to provide a new view on the evolution of the first cooperation between the GMT and CCP through the study on the New Economic Policy and analyze the respective thoughts of the three parties about their cooperation. |
