先秦管理思想中的仁义观

先秦学者( 史称先秦诸子)在研究管理问题时, 不可避免地要运用当时的理论, 而仁与义是当时思想理论界中最有影响的两种哲学思想, 因此在先秦学者的管理思想中充满了仁义哲学。他们认为, 仁义在管理工作中是一种管理原则, 只要管理者按这种管理原则去推行管理, 就一定能使管理工作顺利开展起来, 从而取得管理上的成功。

On the Humanity and Righteousness in the Administration Ideology of Pre-Qin Days

When studying the problem of administration,the scholars of Pre-Qin Days unavoidably applied the theories of the time.Then Humanity and righteousness were the two most important philosophies which gave a dominant influence to the administration ideology then and were thought to be a principle in administration.
