Information Service of university libraries plays a significant role in improving the information quality of teachers and students, ensuring the teaching quality, enhancing the level of scientific research and improving university's reputation and social status. The construction of personalized information service system determines the quality of its information services and standards. Therefore, based on the analysis of the main features of personalized information service system of university libraries, some measures are put forward such as on how to enhance service, how to apply web technologies, how to implement knowledge management at the information age, and how to improve document retrieval and the level of advisory services.
