| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作是政府危机管理的“生命线”。政府危机管理中的思想政治工作功能主要由预警、调节、善后三大功能和若干子功能构成，在政府危机管理中发挥着教育示警、社会动员、矛盾化解、关系协调、心理疏导、情感沟通、人心凝聚等重要作用。文章阐述了思想政治工作在政府危机管理中的地位和功能，并对政府危机管理中的思想政治工作路径选择提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Ideological and political work is the lifeline in government crisis management. The functions of ideological and political work are composed of sub-functions like warning, regulation and tackling the after- math, etc. , which play an important role in government crisis management in respects of education and warn- ing, social mobilization, resolving contradictions, coordinating relationships, psychological counseling, emo- tional communication and uniting people. Based on the analysis of the status and functions of ideological and political work in government crisis management, this paper then put forward some approaches. |
