从三个层次看技术实在

从技术哲学中的技术本体论问题,必然要引申出技术实在的问题.指出技术实在可一般地视为"与技术相关的实在",或"具有实在性的技术";而从技术的多面性含义则呈现出不同的技术实在,从而可以主要地把握技术的实体实在、功能实在和技艺实在三个层次,它们各自包含不同的实在性,尤其是显示出实在性强弱的区别,其中技术的功能在实在性上要弱于技术实体的实在性,而技艺的实在性进一步弱于技术功能的实在性,甚至表现出"半实在"的特点,它们进一步展示了技术和实在的丰富含义.

Technological Reality Viewed at Three Levels

In the domain of technological philosophy, the discussion on technological ontology involves technological reality which may be viewed as either a reality in relation to technology or a technology attributable to reality. However, there are different technological realities because of the diversity the technology itself implies. So, the technological reality exists mainly at three levels, i.e., the substantial, functional and workmanship levels. Each of them has its own reality that differs from the others and displays its own potential capacity. In functional respect the reality is weaker than substantial one but stronger than workmanship reality which is even featured as a "semi-reality". Such a level-division shows further the plentiful meanings of both technology and reality.
