优化书院制建设的对策与建议——以肇庆学院为例

肇庆学院实施书院制改革，重视大学传统与书院传统的结合，在不断优化书院制建设、推进现代大学制度发展的过程中，可以采用以下8种发展策略：创建高校德育工作的书院制路径；完善书院管理机构功能；提高书院导师队伍水平；发挥隐性教育力量，构建书院特色文化；构建书院“家庭式”学生社区；建构书院和谐的师生关系；继承书院优良传统，重塑中国大学创新精神；拓宽学生成长的多元渠道。

Countermeasures and Suggestions to Optimization of the Construction of the Academy System——Taking Zhaoqing University as an Example

Zhaoqing University academy system reform started late, and it is of great importance to the university traditional combination of traditional academy.
