内容银行构建对我国数字内容产业发展的必要性研究

为解决现阶段新兴文化产业的核心———数字内容产业其内容价值无法实现、盗版泛滥等问题，从内容与技术微观层面的研究视角，分析了数字内容产业发展现状，提出构建“内容银行”的必要性并建构了其运行体系，以解决现阶段数字内容产业存在的问题，以规范数字内容产业交易行为，保障版权制度，在交易中实现数字内容价值，并引入案例分析内容银行从理论到实践的可行性，实现数字内容产业更好更快地健康发展。

On the Necessity of Establishing the Content Bank to the Development of China Digital Content Industry

Digital content industry is the core of the emerging cultural industry. If the transformation from“Platform is king” to “Content is king” is to be realized, the external support of technology is needed. Content and technology restrict each other and develop jointly. Both of them promote the development of the digital content industry fundamentally. To solve the problems which cannot be realized by the content value, such as pirate in flood, this paper analyzes the current situation of the digital content industry from the perspective of the content and technology and proposes the necessity of establishing the “content bank” and its operating system to solve the problems of the digital content industry, which can regulate the trade behavior of the digital content industry, protect the copyright system and realize the digital content value in the transaction. Also it introduces a case to prove the feasibility of the content bank from theory to practice to promote the rapid and healthy development of the digital content industry.
