| Abstract: | The efficient venture investment model plays a significantly important role in propelling the industrialization of high technology. The increasingly wide gap of the high technology level between the America and Europe is considered to have relevance to their disparities in the characters of the venture investment model. The lessons from the process of forming the American and European venture investment model, and the characteristics of their models are very constructive to setting up our country's venture investment model. |
