| 摘 要： | 高校在创新人才培养中具有无可替代的重要作用,校园文化建设有助于激发大学生的创造个性,激活大学生的创造潜能,奠定知识创新、能力创新的基础。要使校园文化建设有效服务于创新型人才的培养,高校要大力弘扬创新文化,健全大学生学术科技运行机制,建立系统的创新活动和实践培训体系,同时积极开展各类课外学术科技活动,努力将大学生培养成为创新型人才。
