| 摘 要： | 可持续发展是人类在反思伴随工业文明而至的生态环境变化、自然资源锐减以及全球性人口激增、贫困加剧等一系列威胁人类生存和延续的问题时提出来的一种新型发展观。邓小平的可持续发展观,主要是针对时代的发展和我国的国情提出来的,强调严格控制人口增长,努力提高人口素质;实现物质文明、政治文明和精神文明的协调发展,推动我国文明的全面、整体进步;合理利用资源,加强环境保护;可持续发展的根本目的是共同富裕。

| Abstract: | The idea of sustainable development was put forward at a time when the human existence and survival had been threatened by deteriorating ecological environment, decreasing natural resources, proliferating world population and worsening poverty. Deng Xiaoping's version of sustainable development was proposed in light of the development of the time and the particular situation facing China. It focuses on the strict control of the Chinese population, enhancement of human quality, coordinated development of material, political and spiritual civilizations, rational utilization of our resources and protection of the environment, for the purpose of mutual prosperity for all. |
