On Application of "Collective Learning" in English Teaching and Learning

With the continuous development of English educational reform,the traditional mode of "teachers' teaching and student's listening and writing" can not fit the demand of the new teaching reform.The collective learning has become a new learning mode and is used more and more extensively in recent years just because it can make more students directly participate in at a certain time,can provide an excellent emotional environment and a fine method for students to interact,give the students more opportunities to freely speak out what they want to say and bring their initiative in to full play.
