| 摘 要： | 股权质押是权利质押中的一种重要类型，是投资者的重要融资手段之一。从解释论的视角分析，我国物权法对于股权质押制度进行了完善和发展，其主要体现在股权质押的设立、股权质权变动规则的完善和发展以及股权最高额质押制度的创立三个方面。
