| Abstract: | Having adequate people of talent or not is a key question of the development of West China.It's a quick and effective way to exploit the old people resource to alter the shortage of people of talent in West China. Exploiting the old people resource will promote the progress of the development of West China. It also embodies the spirit of "supplying the healthy retires appropriate jobs" which advanced to fit in with the needs of the aging society. |
