| 摘 要： | 蒙旗内部及蒙旗之间屡屡发生争讼案件,是清末东北蒙旗社会的一个重要现象。透过这些案件,我们可以看到清末东北蒙旗统治腐败、经济困窘、社会动荡的事实;同时,也可以看到俄日侵略渗透和蒙古王公上层离心倾向日益明显的状况。总之,蒙旗作为清王朝安定后方和稳定边疆的作用已经不复存在。 |

| Abstract: | In the late Qing dynasty an important phenomenon of the MongoliaQi society is to usually take place the litigation case.From these cases,can see the social political of a Northeast MongoliaQi corruption,economy difficulty,society turbulence of actuality.At the same time,can also see Russian Japan invade permeate,Mongolia the princes and dukes upper level abruption incline to more obviously.In fine,The mongolia region is already not the stable rear any more. |
