| Abstract: | In order to give the adult quality education into full execution, it should do the following work: Transforming the traditional education concept into the new one. Strengthening the teaching staff construction, enhancing the teachers quality to a higher degree. Putting the moral education in the first place, training the all - round development personnel. Arousing the trainees initiative and creative into full play by aiding the modern teaching facilities. Trying to examination approaches suitable for the adults by considering their own characteristics. |
